Is that really watercolor?

Yes it is. I start with Koh-I-Noor® Rapidograph® technical pens and India ink. Then I paint with Windsor & Newton professional tube watercolors. I often end with gouache, graphite, and color pencils for extra effect. The paper is 140 lb. Aquarelle Arches® Hot Press French watercolor paper which results in a nice smooth finish.

How long will it take to receive my finished artwork?

Two to four weeks is the standard turnaround time. However, the timing of each project is as individual as each piece I create. If you need your piece by a specific date, I'll do my best to get it back to you within your timeframe. To guarantee a specific delivery date, rush charges may apply. PLEASE NOTE: The rush on very large or detailed pieces will still take a minimum of 2 weeks.

Can I make changes at any time?

Sorry, but once the project has been started, there are no revisions or changes. Every detail will be reviewed on your Order Form prior to the initiation of your commission, so there should never be any surprises.

I'm going to stop you right there! As much as I love creating unique, personal artwork, I don't paint portraits of people. I focus on the architectural uncommon. Private homes, storefronts, buildings and landscaping are the perfect subjects for a jillustration.
